ROM-C SYN // DISINFORMATION NODE ACTIVE
Signal contamination in progress. Data integrity compromised.

They got in. The codes are theirs now.

The Sone of Total Proximity 03 is the third installment in the Acoustic Phenomena series—a collaborative project between Telekinett and the Ai/Anterior Research Station—represents a continued investigation into the intersection of psychoacoustics, media theory, and analog signal disruption. This phase of the research draws conceptual influence from international analog horror experiments, with a primary focus on cognitive manipulation, media disinformation, and the behavioral effects of controlled auditory stimuli.

Developed by Mauricio Reyes and Adi Newton, the project spans multiple production environments and asynchronous workflows. A select group of guest artists and researchers contributed to the compositional process, each bringing specialized practices in sound synthesis, signal degradation, and narrative deconstruction. Building upon the foundation established in the initial work, “The Sone of Total Proximity,” this new entry expands the scope of inquiry toward the embedded mechanics of information warfare and sonic subterfuge.

The result is a research-based audio documentary, engineered to examine the mechanisms by which mass media systems encode, distort, and transmit misleading narratives. The content includes processed field recordings of acoustic anomalies, studio-based generative audio experiments, and archival manipulations—each component contributing to a structured exploration within the overarching Science Series framework.

The project was co-directed by Adi Newton (noted for his pantheistic and systems-theory approaches to audio culture) and Mauricio Reyes (recognized for his speculative sound futurism and granular abstractionism). Accompanying the recording is a detailed set of technical and contextual notes, providing background on methodologies, conceptual frameworks, and data references pertinent to the listener’s understanding of the material presented.

Telekinett and the Anterior Research Station are completing the final phase of this sonic experiment. Please remain patient, each frequency must be calibrated with care.
